[LM_NET] Target: Elementary Research Rubric

Does anyone have a rubric that they use for research/works cited?? My fourth 
graders are doing a science fair project and the classroom teachers want me to 
grade those parts of it-- and add a piece that would include those two areas to the 
rubric that they have established. They want me to have it done to hand out by 
Friday!!!
