How about Moses Goes to a Concert by Millman? Moses is hearing impaired, and in the story the concert is aimed toward hearing impaired children: they "listen" by holding baloons (to feel the music's vibrations) and by standing on the floor barefoot to "listen" to the vibrations with their feet. I've used it with hearing preschoolers--let them hold balloons in front of stereo speakers while the music played. (I also like Moses Goes to School, and I think in another book he goes to a play. Pretty cultured, that Moses.)
