[LM_NET] Target: Elem. book on Economics/Trade of Goods

Request from a 4th grade teacher:

Do you know of any books or stories that are examples of supply and
demand or examples of scarcity of goods?  I know this is a little odd!!

I searched our OPAC under "economics" and/or "trade" with keyword
searches and for hits got only the book "Material World" and "Night
Grocer."

Can anyone suggest something?  Thanks...
