[LM_NET] tech standards check sheet

My source fell through and I need these this afternoon.  Rather than reinvent the 
wheel, I'm hoping someone can help me.  

We are working on our school's technology standards and are looking for a sample 
checksheet that teachers can fill out to determine which parts of computer programs 
are taught at what level.  I know these are very specific and I don't think I can 
get one finished by this afternoon.  If you have something you would be willing to 
share please send it to me.
