[LM_NET] TAR: Quick, need a mystery bite

For March is Reading Month each day students are encouraged to read
something.  Tomorrow, Thursday, March 10th is "Read a mystery story today."
Every morning I have been trying to have students read a poem or something
very short that relates to that day over the P.A. system.  Most of the days
I have used book or reading poems but a mystery day could be such a
motivator in itself.  I have looked for a mysterious poem, but haven't had
any luck.  The little mini-mysteries would be great but probably not the
best over the p.a..  I have decided to post those in the library window
instead.

Anyway, do any of you have something that might work for this?  The
announcement is heard by students in grades 3-6.  Please remember, IT MUST
BE SHORT!
