LM_Netters, 1) What is your favorite dictionary for the high school level? I've found starred reviews for both The American Heritage College Dictionary and The Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary. Which do you think is best for a high school collection? Do you have any other suggestions? 2) What is your favorite thesaurus for the high school level? I haven't found any starred reviews for one particular thesaurus. Does anyone have a favorite? 3) Does Booklist have an annual article reviewing dictionaries? I feel like I've seen one, but I can't find it. Am I imagining this article? I'll post a HIT of responses. Thanks!
