[LM_NET] Staff Technology Proficiencies

Does anyone have Staff Technology Proficiencies that their school
requires staff to meet? If your district does anything like this do you
have a link that I can look at or at least tell me what you think of
them.  Our district is updating our Technology Plan and one of the
members mentioned Staff Technology Proficiencies. I am also wondering if
the proficiencies are in the teacher contract or somehow linked to pay
increases or other monetary rewards. TIA
