[LM_NET] TARGET Biology book title

Hi Everyone

 

I have a request to find the title and author of a book about future
evolution. It is full of colour plates with explanations of the drawings
and pictures but little other text. The idea of the book is to see what
would happen if a major carnivore in the niche disappeared. So remove
the whales and dolphins from their niche what would happen to the
animals in that niche? How would they change and evolve? In this
particular case the authors make a case for large penguins. Students
find this book fascinating, so much so that one of them walked off with
the teacher's only copy. Please can you help with a possible title. It
is an older book.
