Hi everyone.  During the recent recipe day I sent out
a message asking
if people would be interested in creating a cookbook.
As it was recipe
day, I prefaced the subject line with recipe.  I
thought many people
who might be interested just deleted the message
without reading it.  I
thought a second invitation would give everyone
another opportunity to
participate.  I should emphasize that this is not an
LM_NET sponsored
activity, just members of the list who are
interested.  So far we have 18
people who would like to participate, all from the USA
I believe.  It
would certainly be wonderful to get some international
members to
contribute - HINT HINT.
The way it would work is, you reply to this message to
let me know you
are interested, using the following email address:
tappermaybe@yahoo.com
(please don't just hit reply, this account gets a lot
of mail and I would worry
about deleting someone by mistake).  After a couple of
days I will contact
everyone and "invite" them to the website we will be
using.  Everything will be done
online and off list.  Once you are invited to the
recipe website you can
start entering your recipes.  After we have begun, I
will probably also
contact people to get input for a title for our
cookbook and a cut-off
date, after which no more recipes will make it into
the book, although
I believe you could still enter them in the site.
I know this doesn't answer all questions, but
hopefully it is enough to
help you realize if you are interested or not.  If you
do reply to this
message, please let me know if there is a separate
email address you
want me to use. For example, if you respond using your
work account, but
have a different account for personal things you want
to use instead.
