[LM_NET] Adaptive devices for hearing impaired

I need a device that will display the closed captioning even on older
TV's or through a projection unit.  I know there has to be such a thing
and I've seen two.  Only one that actually says in the description that
it will show closed captioning when hooked up via a VCR.  

Does somebody know which one I really want, and where to get them?
