[LM_NET] TARGET: Roles of SLMS list?

Hello-- Happy Holidays,

I am looking for a copy of this printout my dept. head had given us which 
delineated the roles of the SLMS (teacher, curriculum planner, technology, 
children's lit source, etc...) - I forget the exact wording. I have a copy at work, 
but I was hoping someone else saw it and could send a copy to me as I need it ASAP. 
It was from a journal, I think it was from several months ago or the end of last 
year. I see various articles on the subject in the archives, but no succinct lists-
