[LM_NET] Target: collaboration survey

I would like copies of any surveys you have given your staff to find out how you 
can better meet their needs, both with resources and collaborative lessons.  If you 
have not sent out a survey, but would like to suggest a question I could include in 
the survey I am creating, that would be great also.

The situation as it is, is that kindergarten and first grade come in on average 
once a week and classes in other grades come in maybe once a month.  This is 
flexible scheduling, and the scheduling part is greatly lacking.
