[LM_NET] Hourglassing

A few years ago, when "dissing" first entered the public lexicon, our
professional library went through a bad spell involving wiring, server software,
and library software that resulted in lots of hourglassing.  So the  library
staff intoduced a new word to their lexicon..."glassing" as in "It's  glassing me
again!"
