[LM_NET] Job in Elementary School

Currently I'm a media specialist in a high school but I want to work in an 
elementary school. Last year I tried to transfer to an elementary school but to no 
avail. Can anyone give me any tips on convincing an elementary school principal to 
hire a high school media specialist? I did an internship in an elementary school 
while in library school. If anyone is interested I'll post any hits I receive.
