[LM_NET] Computer Program for Searching AR list

OK, I know that this was discussed recently and I thought I saved the
message (can't find it) and I look through the archives.  So now its
time to ask the collective wisdom.
 
I need the name of the company or the program (purchased program).  That
would allow my patron to search my AR test list.
