[LM_NET] TECH: spyware?

I do believe we have one computer that seems to be infected with spyware.
It changes the homepage to about:blank which is a strange searrch
engine... and even with med-high level of pop-up blockers on... there are
still pop up getting through.  We have removed several things, but it is
still occuring.
Any help or thought swould be appreciated.
