[LM_NET] TARGET: Final year of school before tertiary

I would like to know what you call the final year of school before a student
undertakes tertiary studies.  Is it Grade 12 (Year 12 here in Australia) or
is there another term that is widely used.  Is what you call college, what
we call university?  (College, where I live, is Years 11 and 12.)
