[LM_NET] possible plagiarism

Dear all-
I'll not bore you with the story - does anyone recognize these lines?  I've tried 
'googling" to no avail.  I know Turnitin offers 5 free trials, but can't figure out 
how to get to that page on their site.  I'd appreciate help with either aspect:
 
my lover left me with a child, my son, my warmth, my light
my boy he plays through all the days like his heart has taken flight.
