Many are called, few are chosen. I have been chosen to write the evaluation for our LSL grant. Of course we defined which instruments we would use (AASL rubric, Information Power survey, Power Reader survey, local monthly reports.), and I have all that stuff. I am just at a loss on how this report should look. List the objectives and the results in a table? Weave them throughout a narrative? So, here's my question. If you have written a grant evaluation document at the end of a grant (especially LSL), would you be willing to share it? I'm just looking for format ideas. So far my resources have been a book that I reserved at the public library (but can't pick up until Thursday), and searching online (Scholastic had a little). Thank you. In times like this I miss my mind. (It used to be like a steel trap, now everything's trapped inside!)
