One of our teachers is searching for the title of a book he read in 7th
grade, which would have been in 1980. Description: a lion cub was somehow
separated from his family and must learn how to survive in the wild--find
food, survival skills, etc. He believes it was set in Africa, and there may
have been something about caring for each other, or maybe the cub meets a
friend? The cover was gold. Any thoughts appreciated!
