Wow, thank you so much for the wonderful suggestions that you sent to me today! I asked for activities to use with preschool students who have developmental delays. I received suggestions such as: fingerplays, short stories containing basic concepts, stories with phrases that are repeated, flannel board stories, asking older students to perform puppet shows, setting up a small zoo with help of community members, and arts and crafts such as a sandpaper gingerbread man (rub with a cinnamon stick and also make gingerbread cookies). I can't wait to try some of these great ideas! Thanks again to all of you!
