[LM_NET] TARGET: Downloading audiobooks and sharing them on a network

Dear Netters:

I will be attending a meeting at my School Board office this Friday 
which has as its topic the logistics of downloading audiobooks and 
making them available over a computer network within a school.  This is 
a new initiative that will be piloted by my school so I'd like to be 
able to bring some information to the table.

Does anyone already do this? What are the costs? Which publishers do 
you use? What issues do we need to consider?
