Dear Colleagues, I would like to know if I am the only one in this predicament. I have set Library Classes for grades five and six. They meet for 80 minutes (that's eighty LONG minutes) once every 8 days. Their teachers do not come with them. Are there any other librarians out there with the same set up for library classes? The remainder of my time is used for flexible scheduling. So, if you are a middle school librarian, would you drop me an email telling me if you have fixed or flexible scheduling. If you have fixed, how long do your classes meet for? Thanks so much.
