[LM_NET] TARGET: connecting TV to Desktop

Still having trouble connecting TV to a desktop for whole class use.
Have tried using Scan Converters (GRANDTEC  Model# GEZ-1000), but the image is 
unclear.

What other connectors or adaptors should I try?
Any troubleshooting suggestions?
