[LM_NET] Extended hours planning

I am beginning to offer extended hours at my library (an elementary school, with 
about 300 students).  I was wondering if anyone had any experiences they would 
share in this area, advice, planning suggestions, etc.  Basically, anything to make 
this a better program for the kids, and better for me as well.
