[LM_NET] block scheduling

A few years ago a friend and I went to a workshop on block scheduling in
the Minneapolis area.  I'm looking for the name of the presenter.  It
was put on by NCREL.  If anyone in the twin cities area remembers,
please contact me.  Our administrator is now interested in bringing the
gentleman in for staff development.  I know this group can help, you
always do.  TIA
