[LM_NET] TAR: private school libraries...

Hello,
   
  I am in a 7-12 coed private school. So far our library is not automated (it's my 
first year here, this will change!) and I was wondering a few things: 
   
  1) which circ system do you use?
  2) do you collaborate with the local school district? 
  3) do you charge for overdues? And if so, how much? How do you relay the 
overdues? 
  4) do you house audiobooks? Any other special collections?
  5) how do you publicize the library? Ours seems to be grossly underused right now 
as it wasn't as accessible as it is this year I heard-- but I checked out 10 books 
so far today and it was exciting! 
  6) do you have a separate budget line for library? Does tech get included in 
library? 
  Yes, we have computers, but they aren't OPACs and they are also throughout the 
school. 
  7) do you charge for printing? copies? If you do, what procedures do you use?
