[LM_NET] seeking opinions: are educators hostile to wikipedia?

One element of the wikipedia is the discussion that individuals have
who disagree on what should be in the indivdual posting. This kind of
open discussion can be found in many areas that are appropriate for
different grade levels and could be a great way for students to see
that no matter what encyclopedia one uses TRUTH is evasive and
agreement not always easily done.
