LM_NET Archive



Here are the responses I got.  I turned in a proposal to my principal, so we'll 
hopefully see some new listening centers before the end of the school year!

We purchased EIKI 7070 (I think, I am at home)  They are a combination tape/cd 
player listening center.  They have 6 plugs for headphones.  I think they run about 
$125.  (but don't quote me)  We have found them to be reliable.

I really like the Califone CLF2455AV 6-station listening center.  It is a boom-box 
style.  We buy ours from Long's Electronics.  You can see one here:

I think they will do better on the price than what is shown since you are in a 
school.

We have bought the EIKI listening station before.  It is a little cheaper, I think, 
but doesn't hold up very well.  I much prefer the Califone.

We use EIKI or Califone brand -- not sure if they have 6 plugs... 
they have at least 4. that I know of.
