Hi all, As was explained in a previous post, the Libraries, Information Literacy and Technology Caucus of the NEA is working with a number of additional agencies to craft a grant program to assist libraries who have been struck by a disaster. As a member of the caucus, I am assisting in gathering the names and information of librarians who have dealt with some sort of disaster in their library, and who would be willing to serve as resources to those agencies who are setting up the grant program. If you have experienced a disaster in your library, and would be willing to assist in this type of effort, please send me your contact information and a brief description of your experience. I am only a middle man, but will pass your data on to the appropriate agency. Please respond this time ONLY IF YOU DID NOT RESPOND to the original appeal. Thanks for any help you can give.
