If your school does not block the RenLearn website itself, you can download your 
tests once you have your order number.  This is printed on your invoice which 
usually arrives a couple of days after the tests are actually ready.  Just go to 
the RenLearn website, click on "download" at the top of the page, enter your order 
number and AR serial number and you're all set.  If you don't know your AR serial 
number, you may have to get it from the company.
 
They usually send me an e-mail letting me know when my tests are ready and I just 
click on the link provided in the e-mail; however, I never rec'd the notification 
on the order I sent in a couple of weeks ago.  I used the method above and still 
obtained my tests easily.
