[LM_NET] TAR: Eric Digest

I am assisting a graduate speech-language pathologist student in research. 
She needs profession journal articles on Native Americans and language 
development, assessment, and remediation.

Is Eric Digest a database or is it a journal? Is it a database like 
Ebscohost and Eric?

I should know this but am not sure.
