I recently met with my representative from Southwest book company concerning an upcoming book fair and she was asking if I was going to use any of my school's 2 tax-free days. According to her, schools have 2 days available annually that can be designated tax-free. So, for my book fair, I could use these days in my promotion and give all buyers a break on tax. I have never heard of this. Is this a Texas only law?
