As for Kelly's response, I disagree. Paras cannot assist students in obtaining 
materials....book selection, article retrival online, that requires the training of 
a LMS. How many students come to you with a specific book title, unless it is 
fiction.  Be careful not to make such a statement to an administrator. Linda
