[LM_NET] MID: High Interest/Low level

I have been asked to compile a list of books for middle school students who are 
reading below their grade level.  We have begun an SSR program and will be testing 
the students soon using the STAR Reader test.  My principal would like to be able 
to give the teachers a bibliography of 15-20 books by reading level to be able to 
recommend to their students who test below level.  While we know that STAR will 
give them some suggestions of books, we really want something in addition to that.  
Also, I did plug in Grades 5-8 and 2.0-4.9 reading levels in Follett's Titlewave 
and got some books.  

However, does anyone have any lists like this already done or know of any web sites 
that can help me build a bib?
