[LM_NET] Tar- How long does it take to automate?

Dear LM_Netters,

I am planning to automate my library this summer. Right now I have a card
catalog. My superintendent is willing to pay for some help over the summer
with barcoding and inventory. Since I am a brand new librarian, I don't
know how long this will take. If you have automated recently, or done an
inventory with a shelf list, could you give me an estimate of how long it
takes (either barcoding, inventory, or both)? I have about 9000 volumes in
my library.
