It doesn't look like Wikipedia style editing, though.  Here's what the
website said:

" After your edit is submitted, it's automatically routed to an Encarta
editor, who will check it for accuracy and relevance. If the changes
look good, the revised article will be propped to our Web site as soon
as possible. (It is important to note that we can't guarantee that we
will act on every edit or that all your changes will be made verbatim.)"
