[LM_NET] TARGET: Reading Promotion Program "Reading through the A,B,Cs

I am a LMS student and have an assignment to create a Reading Promotion
Program.  I would like to use "Reading through the ABCs" as its theme.
Students would have a set period of time to read a book whose subject
related to a specific letter in the alphabet.  The program would run through
out the school year.  Has anyone implemented a program similar to this?
