I agree! It is also such a help to have this place to vent, instead
of yelling at our colleagues who we see every day (and love!).
But I do also agree that fixing these little emergencies is part of
our jobs. The fact that our wonderful staff members occasionally get
flustered and forget to plug things in just makes our jobs more
secure. ;)
