[LM_NET] HIT: Blog Policies

A very long time ago I posted a Target requesting district or library blog 
policies, thinking that I could adapt a policy around an existing one.
 
I recieved two responses: 
one said that all blog sites had been blocked in their district due to students 
using blogging to slam other students, and the other response pointed me at a 
website:

http://www.shambles.net/pages/school/blogs/
