[LM_NET] MS: Help! Lunch Recess passes

I am being told that the administration wants to do away with Lunch Recess Passes 
because "it is too hard for students to get to the library."  BALONEY!! They can 
sign up BEFORE SCHOOL, they can sign up during PASSING TIMES, and they can sign up 
ON
WAY TO LUNCH.  How much easier is that??

Last year when this SAME admin did away with 8th grade passes, the hallways had 
roaming students NOT monitored and causing problems. The Library had kids who were 
just there to see if they could be in trouble AND they were.

PLEASE I am BEGGING I need to justify WHY I feel that I need lunch recess passes 
for 6/7/8th graders.  The admin doesn't think "to allow students who want to be in 
here" as a reasonable reason.  I say, "It works, don't break it."  HELP.  PLEASE.
