HI Everyone
I wanted to post this as a separate question as to decrease confusion.
After the incident that I mentioned in my school (middle grade boys
accessing inappropriate material through myspace) one of my courses of
action after talking to the principal is to bring in a guest speaker for
Internet Safety. I wanted to do this anyway and this problem at least allows
me to get my hands on school funds for a guest speaker.
My question: Does anyone know of a good source for a guest speaker on
Internet Safety? One that will really "scare" or hit hard with middle to
upper class kids who think they know it all and feel like they know
everything about the Internet? These kids feel way too secure in leaving
pictures of themselves all over the Internet. I have called the FBI
community relations bureau in my area and I am waiting to hear from them.
I would love someone who the kids can relate to and who the kids will
listen to with respect. Anyone try this before? Any suggestions?
 Thanks again!
