[LM_NET] Target: Student Helper Policy

I have searched the LM_Net Archives and many sites on the web to gather information 
about student helpers in the library.  I feel overwhelmed by the amount of 
information I have sorted through.  I am in the process of creating a Student 
Helper Policy for my library.   If you have a policy for student helpers that works 
for your school, would you email a copy to me? I am looking for a selection of 
student helpers policy, description of the duties the students perform, and how you 
reward or thank the students for helping in the library.
