A sixth grade teacher asked me to do a lesson with his class to teach them how to read their textbook. Of course I said yes, as I say yes to everything, and now I'm trying to put something together. I searched the archives and came up with very little. Does anyone have a lesson related to this? I'm looking for strategies that middle school students can use to read, comprehend and remember their textbooks. Thanks!
