Hi all,
I don't need a huge flood of responses, so if you get this message after 2:15, 
please assume I've gotten all the answers I need!

In the category of goofy questions: What is the proper placement of spine labels?  
how far from the bottom of the spine, and why?  The labels in the library I 
inherited are anywhere from 0-3 inches...they look like waves on a beach.  I'd like 
to pick a height for new books and stick with it (I'm NOT relabeling the rest)
