[LM_NET] TARGET: ELEM/ MIDDLE stories with washboards

I'm a first-year librarian and have learned so much from all of your messages, and 
had success with my first target question last month.  Now I'm hoping for some more 
help!

The music teacher at my school was given an old washboard and has some creative 
lesson plan ideas on making music with the washboard and wooden spoons.  She would 
like for me to come in and read or book talk books connected to this experience.  
It's a K-8 school so she is open to picture books, chapter books, or both.  Any 
ideas?
