I have a student at the high school who is ready The Book of NOD. It is a black book that deals with vampires. The Assistant Principle wants to know if it is appropriate for a high school student to read. We don't have the book in the library-it is a book that the student brought from home and wants to read it during our sustained-silent reading time. I guess another student saw the book and was offended by it so he took his concern to the high school administration. Any help about it would be appreciated.
