We are looking to institute flex scheduling in our 3 elementary schools. There is a great deal of literature available pro and con but we need some examples of programs that exist and how they are set up. If anyone who has such a program (we are a K-4 school)is willing to share, could you send me some information on how you are organized and how successful you feel your program is. You can reply off list if you wish. We appreciate any help you can give us.
