Carol, since you are an authority on copyright, I'm hoping you can answer this. As the technology improves to transfer VHS to DVD, what are the copyright issues? I have hundreds of VHS tapes purchased from Library Video Cpmpany. Am I able to copy a tape to DVD and retain the VHS as an archival copy? Or, am I even allowed to copy the tapes to DVD in the first place? Thanks for your help. Jane K.
