[LM_NET] Copyright clearance

Several of our academic departments are interested in creating course
packets for the advanced classes.  We want to obtain copyright
permissions on the contents, and were hoping that there was a way to
do this easily - years ago, the Kinkos in Charlottesville used to do
that work for people at UVA, adding the cost onto the printing/binding
costs.

Does anyone know of such a available service today?
